Return Policy

 

How many days do customers have to return a product?

We accept returns up to 30 days after shipped.  Only unopened rolls, this includes unopened products in original packaging, products that have never been used.

 

For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.  We will email a label. Once we recieve pictures of packaging / product and confirm it is defective.
 
For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.  You will be responsible for the returning of the product.  The product must be unopened. 
This will include a restocking fee of 15%.
