Shipping

• Shipping charges to the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii are $18.50 per order and are shipped UPS/USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
• Shipping charges to Canada and other countries $18.95 per order. Customer our responsible for taxes and tariffs imposed by their country. Please allow at least 14 business days for delivery.
• You may request expedited shipping (next day air, second day air, or 3 day) for an additional charge. If you need faster delivery call toll free (888-925-5268) for a quote.
• Orders will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
• We also ship to most countries outside the United States. E-mail us at service@wallpaper-inc.com for delivery rates to your country.
• When ordering by check, we allow 14 business days for your check to clear before we ship your the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
• Samples of wallpaper and border are $2.50 each. Shipping charges do not apply to sample orders.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wallpaper-Inc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wallpaper-Inc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wallpaper-Inc.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price along with the shipping charges.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wallpaper-Inc.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Return Policy

We guarantee any and all items sold on our website to be free from defects. We will replace defective products at no charge to you the customer. Please call toll free (888) 925-5268 or e-mail service@wallpaper-inc.com if you have any defective products that need replaced.

All items returned must have a valid return authorization number (RA #). We will accept unopened rolls of wallpaper or border within 30 days of purchase for refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned products. Exchanges will be considered. NOTE: All returned items must be sealed in their original package.
